Prior to becoming a Realtor in 1997, Connie was an attorney who specialized in civil litigation with a focus on environmental issues as well as contract drafting, negotiation and interpretation. The traits that allowed Connie to excel as an attorney- her work ethic, attention to detail, negotiation skills, and her unwavering commitment to advancing her clients' best interests- also make her uniquely qualified to represent her real estate clients’ interests with competence, dedication and professionalism.
Today’s buyers and sellers have access to a wealth of information from many different sources. Connie believes that the key ingredient to capitalizing on this information is partnering with the right real estate professional. Connie's general knowledge of the real estate business, specific knowledge of the Chicago market, and her understanding of the latest market trends provide buyers and sellers with an invaluable resource throughout the process. Connie specializes in residential sales in the downtown and north side markets, as well as residential investment opportunities.
Connie is a full time professional and is consistently amongst the highest producing members of the Chicago Association of Realtors. She is an active member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, where she sits on the Professional Standards Committee and assists in Arbitration Hearings.
Connie graduated from Stetson University, Cum Laude, and from Florida State University School of Law, with Honors. While at law school she was an Articles and Notes Editor for the Law Review. She lives with her husband and two sons in Chicago’s West Walker/Old Irving neighborhood.
