We use objective criteria to identify our local agent partners. Specifically, we're looking for:
- Experience: We look for agents that have been in the business for five years or more, have completed at least 50 transactions and are in the top 1% of local agents by volume.
- Local Knowledge: We target the agents and teams that have done the most deals in your target community over the last two years. They've seen the houses, been in the comps and know the local market.
- Service: We interview each agent or team to make sure they do business the way you want. Then we carefully monitor feedback from our buyers to make sure our customers are getting great service.
Sawbuck never asks its agent partners to pay for “leads.” Instead, our agent partners pay us an industry-standard referral fee if—and only if—you successfully buy a home.
